For years, Davis Disposal has been more than just a trash company for folks in Kershaw County, it’s been a name people trust, built by neighbors who care. Reliable, familiar, and always there when you need them. Now, as Mr. Marty Davis steps into a well deserved retirement, we’re honored at Capital Waste Services to carry on what he started in this area.

This wasn’t just a business deal, it was personal. Marty spent years building this company alongside his family and team. When the time came to pass the torch, he made sure it was to someone who’d treat his people and customers with the same respect and care he always did. That’s why he chose Capital Waste.

We’re no strangers to this part of South Carolina. In fact, we’ve served this area with residential, commercial, and roll-off services for years. These are communities we know and love, and we’re excited to have a permanent location here for the long haul.

Davis Disposal to Capital Waste Services Intro

Here’s what you should know:

👉 Same crew – The Davis Disposal team you know and trust is still running the routes.

👉 Same service – No changes to schedules or pickups.

👉 Just a little extra support – New safety standards, upgraded equipment, and more behind-the-scenes help to keep things running smooth.

As one longtime Davis team member put it:

“We’ve been operating under Capital Waste since April 1st, and honestly, not much has changed. Same team, same service — we’re just keeping Marty’s legacy going.” - Robyn

At the end of the day, it’s about keeping your service reliable and supporting the people who make it happen.

To Mr. Marty Davis, thank you for building something truly special.

To our new customers in Kershaw County — we’re proud to be here, and we look forward to serving you with the same hometown care you’ve always known. 💚
