Our location provides essential waste services, including residential trash pickup, dumpster rentals, and recycling options, to residents and businesses of Hamilton County, TN. Behind the scenes, her efforts guarantee that waste collection and customer support in Chattanooga operate seamlessly every day. “To make our customer service the best,” is what Lisa replied when asked what leadership means to her. Her efforts support our mission of providing reliable and responsive residential and commercial waste services in Tennessee.

- Lisa is 100% engaged with all the employees at the CWS Chattanooga, TN office. I was on-site one week, and she was out with us in the CWS shop at 6:00 am, engaged with everyone.
- Lisa attends morning meetings with the front-line team and supports them, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. She assists the general manager with any needs they may have and ensures customers are always the top priority!
- Lisa doesn’t just lead from behind a desk—she’s on the ground, showing up early for team meetings, listening to frontline employees, and making sure customer satisfaction stays front and center.
